1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all transportation and transfer services provided by Black8viptransfer. By using our website, making a reservation, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. Service Description
Black8viptransfer offers:
- Airport transfers (round‑trip)
- Hourly chauffeur services
- City and intercity private transfers
- Corporate transport solutions
- Special transfers for tourism agencies and hotels
Our services are based in Turkey, but available in selected international destinations.
3. Booking Terms
Reservations can be made via our website, call center, mobile app, or authorized partners.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Black8viptransfer is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
Reservations must be made at least 12 hours before service time. During peak periods, this lead time may increase.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices vary depending on distance, vehicle type, service duration, extras, and booking time.
Accepted payment methods: online (website), bank transfer, POS payment to driver, or authorized payment platforms.
Prices include VAT. Additional charges (e.g. tolls, parking fees) may apply.
Black8viptransfer reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Free cancellation:
- City transfers: up to 12 hours before service
- Airport transfers: up to 24 hours before service
Full charges apply thereafter.
“No‑show” at the pickup point at scheduled time results in no refund.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days according to the payment method.
6. Waiting Times
For airport transfers (flight-tracked):
- Domestic flights: 30 minutes
- International flights: 60 minutes
In other services: maximum 15 minutes wait is free.
After that, every additional 15 minutes incurs an extra charge.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must comply with public morality and order.
Inside vehicles:
- No smoking, e-cigarettes, or tobacco use
- No alcohol or illegal substances
- No threatening, insulting, or disruptive behavior toward the driver
Violations lead to termination of service with no refund. Authorities may be contacted if necessary.
8. Luggage & Property
Standard allowance: 1 checked bag + 1 carry-on per passenger. Excess baggage must be declared at booking.
Do not leave valuables in the vehicle. The company is not liable for lost or forgotten items.
Transport of prohibited or dangerous items leads to cancellation and no refund.
9. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning
Passengers causing damage to the vehicle (intentional or negligent) are liable for repair costs.
Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt or mess.
10. Child Passengers & Special Needs
For children 0–6 years old, child seat requests must be specified at booking.
Failure to request may result in responsibility falling on the customer.
Passengers with disabilities or special needs must request assistance in advance.
11. Force Majeure
Black8viptransfer is not liable in case of the following situations:
- Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, etc.)
- Severe weather conditions
- War, unrest, public disturbances
- Pandemics or official restrictions
- Traffic accidents or road closures
12. Data Privacy & KVKK
User data is processed by Black8viptransfer in compliance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).
Personal data is used solely for service delivery and legal obligations. Users are deemed to accept the policy by using the service.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including logos, images, software, and texts—belongs to Black8viptransfer.
Unauthorized copying, duplication, or commercial use is prohibited.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this contract fall under the jurisdiction of İstanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
Electronic transactions and documents are legally valid.
15. Amendments
Black8viptransfer may update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Users should review this page periodically.
