DRIVER RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

1. Service Definition
The driver provides VIP transfer services on behalf of Black8viptransfer in a:

• Honest, respectful and professional
• Timely and safe manner

2. Driver Responsibilities

• Clean clothing, personal hygiene and vehicle cleanliness required
• Compliance with traffic rules
• No rude or inappropriate behavior towards passengers
• No music without passenger consent
• Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle
• Phone use only via Bluetooth while driving
• Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs leads to termination

3. Privacy & Safety

• Passenger information is confidential
• No recording without permission
• Vehicles may be monitored and inspected

4. Liability

• Traffic fines are the driver’s responsibility
• Driver is liable for damages to the customer

5. Disciplinary Actions
Agreement will be terminated in cases of:

• Serious customer complaints
• Misconduct during service
• Frequent lateness
• Damaging company reputation
• Unauthorized charges or routes

6. Approval
The driver declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all rules.
